Photoshop

I've learned a lot since the beginning of our photoshop unit. I've created a lot of interesting things with photoshop and one of my favorites was the beginners photoshop assignment. I took a photo I found online and made it my own with a twist. Once I found my picture I used photoshop to make everything but the young woman in the picture black and white. Then I used the spot healing brush tool to get rid of some of her side burns. I also used that same tool around her neck and face to smooth out the photo. After that I turned up the brightness and contrast to liven up the image. Finally I added a text with a meaningful message and used the fx(layer style) tool to make the words transparent which is my favorite part of the image.
